Golden Lotus Incentive Program

GENERAL ELIGIBILITY AND PROGRAM INFORMATION

The Golden Lotus Incentive Program is an exclusive Young Living Malaysia initiative open to Brand Partners who are Paid Executive and below as of April 2026. The qualification period begins on June 1st, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. MYT and ends on August 31st, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MYT. Eligible participants will have the opportunity to win a 4D3N trip to Da Nang, Vietnam by fulfilling the specified program requirements.

The Golden Lotus Incentive Program is open to all Paid Executive and below of Young Living Malaysia Brand Partners who are all active builders as of April 2026, that opt in by the 7th of June 2026. Participants must:

1. be 18 years old or above by April 1st, 2026;

2. have their main billing address (listed under Brand Partner’s account) in Malaysia;

3. be active Brand Partners i.e., individuals who have made a purchase of at least 100PV in the last 12 months and signed the Young Living Brand Partner Agreement.

Qualification Period begins June 1st, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. MYT and ends August 31st, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. MYT.

You must opt in via the designated Jotform link between June 1st, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. MYT, and June 7th, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. MYT. Opt-ins after this period will not be accepted.

HOW TO WIN

To win, you need to be among the Top 30 winners who completed all below:

Criteria 1:
Enroll Eight (8) New Qualifying Enrollments with 100PV Loyalty Rewards/Standard Order during the qualification period.

New Enrollments are registered as New Brand Partners with no prior registrations with Young Living.

- Minimum 100PV enrollment of PremEx, MEO, CEO or any available starter kit in Malaysia during the qualification period (“Qualifying Order”).
- Enrollment is only considered successful when payment of the enrollment order is completed within the same month as enrollment and must be within the qualification period.
- Reactivations are not considered as New Enrollments in this incentive.

Criteria 2: Four (4) of the Eight (8) New Qualifying Enrollments must enroll one (1) new Brand Partner with a 100PV Qualifying Order either on Loyalty Rewards or Standard Order during the qualification period.

New Enrollments are registered as New Brand Partners with no prior registrations with Young Living.

- Minimum 100PV enrollment of PremEx, MEO, CEO or any available starter kit in Malaysia during the qualification period (“Qualifying Order”).
- Enrollment is only considered successful when payment of the enrollment order is completed within the same month of enrollment and must be within the qualification period.
- Reactivations are not considered as New Enrollments in this incentive.

Criteria 3: Grow any Personal Enrollee to ‘New’ Senior Star Rank and maintain one month outside from the rank-up month during the qualification period.

- Participants who are at the Paid as Executive rank in April 2026 are required to help two (2) personally enrolled Brand Partners achieve the ‘New’ Senior Star rank during the qualification period. These two personally enrolled Brand Partners must be from different legs and
cannot be stacked.
- If participants are Paid as Senior Star and below in April 2026, participants are required to grow One (1) Personal Enrollee to New Senior Star Rank during the qualification period.
- New Rank indicates as first-time achieved rank in their Young Living Malaysia journey.
- That selected Two (2) or One (1) Personal Enrollee will need to maintain one month as Senior Star in the following month, outside of the rank up month.
- For instance, rank-up month is June 2026, and maintenance must be in July 2026.

*Extension month to September 2026 only if the rank up was hit in the month of August 2026.

Criteria 4: Must be a Paid Executive during the qualification period.

- To win Top 10 (Tier 1) Prizes – participants need to be a Paid Executive during the entire qualification period (three months from June to August 2026).
- To win Top 11-30 (Tier 2) Prizes – participants need to be a Paid Executive for a minimum of one month during the qualification period.

*There will be no extension month. All ranks must be earned during qualification period for Criteria 4.

Yes, you can complete all the required enrollments in one month if you choose to. However, you will need to ensure that you meet all other requirements, such as to rank New Senior Star Rank and also be a Paid Executive, depending on what rank you close on the month of April 2026 and the Tier Prizes you would want to win. Please refer to the official Terms & Conditions of the program.

Unfortunately, you will not be eligible to win the program as the compulsory requirement is not completed. You will be replaced with another achiever from the leaderboard when the program is complete.

ENROLLMENTS

Please email the required supporting documents to Member Services at custservmy@youngliving.com.

Foreign Enrollments should be submitted (complete with the required documents) via email by the 25th of each month, 11:59 p.m., using this subject line in your email: (insert Month) 2026 FOREIGN ENROLLMENT.

Please submit these supporting documents to custservmy@youngliving.com

1. Scanned copy of Enrollment Form that has been completed and signed.

2. A copy of enrollee’s Identity Card (IC) or passport, as well as a copy of working permit or visa.

3. A copy of any utility bill that reflects the enrollee’s name and a Malaysian address as a proof of residence; and

4. List of other items to be included in the order, if any.

LEADERBOARD AND PRIZES

Young Living Malaysia will display a Leaderboard for all registered participants during the qualification period on a bi-weekly basis (subject to change depending on data availability) via Young Living Malaysia official website and email blast.

1. The last qualifying date for rank up (Criteria 3) will be in September 2026 and only applicable if the Personal Enrollee New Senior Star first-time hit in August 2026.

2. The last qualifying date for rank up (Criteria 4) will be in August 2026 with no provision for an extension in the following month.

3. Young Living Malaysia retains the exclusive authority to substitute or exclude individuals from the Top 30 achievers list if criteria 1, 2, 3 and 4 are not met or if a Qualifier has breached Young Living Malaysia’s Policies and
Procedures.

4. In the event of a tie, Young Living Malaysia will proceed with the selection of the fastest completion of Compulsory Criteria 1 and 2, with the completion of Criteria 3 and 4 to determine the Qualifier.

Tier 1 Prize (Top 1 – Top 10 Achievers):

Participants who fulfill Criteria 1, 2, 3 and 4 and are within Top 1-10 are eligible for:

- A 4D3N all-expenses-paid trip to Da Nang, Vietnam with Single Room Occupancy (with option to buy in for one guest), Exclusive YLMY Souvenirs and Participation Prizes.

Tier 2 Prize (Top 11 – Top 30 Achievers):

Participants who fulfill Criteria 1, 2, 3 and 4 and are within Top 11-Top 20 are eligible for:

- A 4D3N all-expenses-paid trip to Da Nang, Vietnam with Double Room Occupancy, Sharing Room with 1 other Qualifier, Exclusive YLMY Souvenirs and Participation Prizes.

Tier 3 (Top 31 onward):

Participants who fulfill Criteria 1, 2, 3 and 4 and are within the Top 31 onwards are eligible for:

- One (1) Lantern Ultrasonic Diffuser and Participation Prizes.

Tier 4 (Participation Prize)

Participants who fulfill Criteria 1 and 2 are eligible for:

- Participation Prizes – Blue Cypress Essential Oil 5ml and Chivalry Essential Oils 5ml.

GOLDEN LOTUS INCENTIVE TRIP OVERVIEW

If you cannot attend, though we hope you can, you will forfeit the trip. The trip is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash in-lieu.

We encourage every Brand Partner to work toward joining us on our Sales Incentive Trips, therefore we can only grant you the specified trip(s) you’ve earned through the Program. Accommodation for additional guests who are not achievers will be subject to availability during the trip period and all expenses incurred will have to be borne by said guests.

Additional guests who are not achievers will also not be able to participate in any of the activities that have been created specifically and exclusively for the winners of the Program. Young Living Malaysia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether qualifiers may bring a guest.

You will still be entitled to your tier prizes. If Young Living is unable to proceed with said trip, Young Living will resort to providing trip vouchers (length of original incentive trip stay) within the parameters required by the hotels involved/by the postponement of said trip to a later date. Young Living will not exchange trip incentives with cash value.
