How to Use

Add 1 stick pack to 120-180ml of distilled or purified water. Let it sit for 20-25 seconds; then stir gently until thoroughly mixed. Drink immediately. Mix only with water. Take 1-3 times daily, as needed, 1 hour before meals or retiring to bed.
