GENERAL ELIGIBILITY AND PROGRAM INFORMATION
Young Living Picklefest is a community initiative by Young Living Malaysia that is made up of a Pickleball Tournament and other on-site activities. The event is open to Brand Partners and members of the public who wish to participate and engage in a healthy, community-driven experience. Players will have the opportunity to win:
1. 1st prize worth RM3,000;
2. 2nd prize worth RM2,000;
3. 3rd prize worth RM1,000.
The Pickleball Tournament is open to Young Living Brand Partners (locally and internationally) as well as members of the public. Players must meet the following criteria:
1. Be 18 years old or above by 1 July 2026;
2. Each team must consist of two (2) players;
3. At least one (1) team member must be a Young Living Brand Partner.
Player verification will be conducted during registration on the day of the Tournament. Players are required to:
1. Purchase their Tournament tickets via Eventbrite and complete all required registration details prior to the Tournament.
2. Present a valid identification document (e.g., NRIC/MyKad or passport) at the registration counter on the day of the Tournament for verification purposes.
Please ensure that the name used during ticket registration matches the identification document presented during check-in.
The tournament will take approximately 4 hours, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on 8 August 2026.
Players must opt in by purchasing tickets via Eventbrite between 10 July 2026 at 6:00 PM MYT and 7 August 2026 at 11:59 PM MYT. Late registrations will not be accepted.
Winners will be determined based on final tournament rankings. The top three teams will be awarded the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners.
Yes. Members of the public are welcome to participate, provided they are part of a team that meets the eligibility requirements.
1. Be 18 years old or above by 1 July 2026;

Yes. Young Living Picklefest is a community event and non-members are welcome to attend and participate in onsite activities.
Replacement of team members may be allowed in the event of injury or unforeseen circumstances, subject to approval by Young Living Malaysia. Any replacement must meet all eligibility requirements.
Registration fees are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered if submitted at least five (5) days prior to the tournament date and if no replacement player is available. Approved refunds will be processed within two (2) weeks.
The tournament will be conducted in accordance with the USA Pickleball Official Rulebook, together with any additional tournament-specific rules issued by Young Living Malaysia.

Foreign Enrollments should be submitted (complete with the required documents) via email by the 25th of each month, 11:59 p.m., using this subject line in your email: (insert Month) 2026 FOREIGN ENROLLMENT.

1. Scanned copy of Enrollment Form that has been completed and signed.
2. A copy of enrollee’s Identity Card (IC) or passport, as well as a copy of working permit or visa.
3. A copy of any utility bill that reflects the enrollee’s name and a Malaysian address as a proof of residence; and
4. List of other items to be included in the order, if any.

1st Place
A. Each player will receive NingXia Red 2pk, NingXia Red Singles 30ct, and Cool Azul Essential Oil Blend 15ml worth Ringgit Malaysia Three Thousand (RM3,000).
2nd Place
Each player will receive NingXia Red Singles 30ct and Cool Azul Essential Oil Blend 15ml worth Ringgit Malaysia Two Thousand (RM2,000).
3rd Place
Each player will receive NingXia Red Singles 7pk and Cool Azul Essential Oil Blend 15ml worth Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand (RM1,000).
All winners may be required to verify their identity before prizes are awarded. Malaysian players must present a valid MyKad, while non-Malaysian players must present a valid passport or government-issued identification. Failure to provide valid identification may result in disqualification.
No. All prizes will be awarded in the form of Young Living products only and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other items.
MISCELLANEOUS
Yes. By participating, you consent to Young Living Malaysia photographing, filming, and using your image and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes.
No. Players in the tournament and participants of the overall activities on the day are responsible for their own belongings. Young Living Malaysia shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
Young Living Malaysia reserves the right to postpone, amend, or cancel the tournament if necessary. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify players in advance.
