We’re testing standard order functionality in Shopify to ensure products can be purchased smoothly and orders flow correctly through all Young Living systems.
Can I still use Virtual Office (VO)?
Yes. VO remains fully available during this phase for all regular functions, including one-time orders, Managing your Loyalty Order, order history, and account management.
Will my payment details transfer from VO?
No. Payment information must be re-entered in Shopify.

Will this affect my PV, QV, or commissions?
No. Orders placed in Shopify are monitored by IT to ensure correct attribution and processing for commissions and fulfillment
What new functionality is being tested?
We’re introducing the ability to create and process Loyalty templates in Shopify.
Will my existing VO Loyalty templates transfer?
No. Existing VO templates are not migrated and must be recreated in Shopify
What happens if I forget to disable my VO auto-ship template?
To avoid duplicate orders, IT will ensure your Loyalty Template created in the VO will not process. During Phase 2, only loyalty templates in Shopify will process.
Can I still make one-time purchases?
Yes. You can continue to place one-time orders while testing the new Loyalty Orders feature.
Will I be able to spend my Loyalty Points?
Yes! Testing the redemption of Loyalty Points will be part of Phase 2. However, this feature might not be available right at the beginning of Phase 2.
What is the main goal of this iteration?
To test customer account creation and onboarding in Shopify, including the ability for users to become Brand Partners.
Will we be able to enroll new users on the Shopify site?
Yes! We will be enabling multiple ways for you to share referral links to enroll new Brand Partners.
Will there be a purchase requirement to join as a Brand Partner?
To join as a brand partner a user will only be required to place an order.
Will new Brand Partners enrolled through the site be attributed to me?
Yes! If you share an attribution link, new Brand Partners will be connected to you. They’ll also be able to confirm their attribution through the attribution banner and again during checkout
